EXECUTIVE CHEF & DEMI SOUS CHEF/SOUS CHEF

Descrizione: Dear All,
We are now looking in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur for an experienced Ex. Chef or Chef ready to take his next challenge on kitchen management.
Daily task will be ensuring the production of 3 kitchens, develop menus, cost & quality control, employment, training & dismissal of local & foreign staff.

Requirement (FOR EX.CHEF);
- aged between 30y to 45year old
- international exposure
- experience both in hotel & independent restaurant
- high knowledge of Italian cuisine
- team builder & problem solving attitude
- English language written & spoken IS A MUST TO HAVE

For the position of Sous Chef/ Demi Chef we are looking for young passionate & talented cook (first a cook, secondary a leader & chef), ideal candidates should know English language & a defined, clean & well presented Italian food, line cook ready for the next step into seniors position are invited to apply for this positions.
REQUIREMENT ARE;
- between 25y to 30y old
- minimum 6 continuous years of experience in relevant line stations
- cover all the section of the kitchen (starters, dessert, mains & pasta)
